Nice printer - close to perfect
I love the concept of Xerox's office printer - multi-function features with driver support for Windows, Linux and Apple. The Phaser 3635MFP is a solid printer that works great with only a couple minor "bugs". The touch-panel control pad has some annoying features (why can't I override paper types - requested color, for example, on jobs which are submitted to the queue, and the e-mail directory is clunky), but overall the printer is fast, the scanner works GREAT, and the fax is solid.

Phaser 3635MFP great feature and great value
Xerox Phaser 3635 MFP has great feature. My most favorite one is the integration with LDAP. Scanning is very powerful and easy with multi options to scan to. You will have the option to scan to e-mail whether by searching the organization contacts or local and the option to scan to folder. Network scanning was a key element when we decided to purchase the product. Using the product to index all scanned documents to the company SharePoint has saved the company thousands of dollars.

Great product
We have 4 of these printers in our office. We love the multi-tray function and that they can be used in several different capacities. I love that they hold a whole pack of paper in one tray which is really handy when I am printing statements. Overall this product is an asset to our office. Thank you!

Definitely worth the money spent
The Product has been reliable and maintenance free for as long as i"ve had it. The flexibility it has to save energy and ink has been envaluable. I would recommendthis product without reservation

Great solution for Mac computers
In our business we use all Apple computer products and so as you can imagine our Dell multifunction printer created more than a few head ache's on a network will all macs. We bought this Xerox printer when moving into a new office and I have been very impressed. This product has exceeded all of my expectations. It is very easy to scan, fax and print and it works great with all of our computers. We will surely use Xerox for our future printing needs.

Ok
i find the paper gets jammed in the machine often. Also takes a while to warm up and not very user friendly- confusing to operate some of the features

THE VERY BEST ALL IN ONE THAT IVE EVER USED
ONCE WE WERE SET UP THIS ALL IN ONE WAS THE BEST PERFORMER THAT I HAVE EVER USED. WE HAVE HAD MANY WANT A BE'S BUT THIS MACHINE PERFORMED BETTER THAN EVEN THE SINGLE USE MACHINES WE USED. IT IS AN INCREADABLE DOCUMENT HANDLER. THANKS FOR THE GREAT DESIGN.

I am a small business owner. I have owned my Phaser 3635 MFP for the past 3 years. It is the best investment I have made. As a small business owner I fully depend on my multifunctional printer for all my printing, copying, and faxing needs.
I recommend this product to any small business owner. The customer support line is always very helpful and patient. The staff is knowledgable and very polite.
