WorkCentre 4118 3.9 5 12 12 Excellent Product!! This is an excellent product. I love the ease of use and the multi-functions. Most printers seem to be expensive to keep up, but this printer has never had any problems and the ink cartridges are inexpensive as well. I love the fact that I can print from any computer in any location by the email print feature. It is a great printer and I would highly recommend it to others. October 27, 2011 Nice Equipment The warm up time can slow production, but overall dependable and good quality. You have to carry a service contract since repairs are very expensive. October 24, 2011 been a very reliable printer with very few issues Paper Jams but whats to be expected been very reliable and trouble free the only issue have been paper jams. October 20, 2011 Broke within 1 month We have a WorkCentre 4118 and a CopyCentre C20. The only difference between the two is suppose to be the modem. Within 1 month, the fuser broke. Xerox was kind enough to send someone out to repair it. But, another outlying problem still existed ... it is still unable to copy printed sales receipts dark enough to be readable. Works perfectly on the C20. October 18, 2011 My experience with the WorkCentre 4118 Having own many copiers over the years of different brands, the WorkCenter 4118 is by far and away the best copier I've ever had - not to mention that copying is only one of its four functions! It has never broken down in the four years that I've had it. And it does a great job in all four of its functions - printing, faxing, copying and scanning. March 20, 2011 My WorkCentre Works As Hard As I Do! I have been using my WorkCentre in my office for 4 years now. Other than an occasional paper jam, usually due to media damage, it does everything I need it to do. The tray feeder works great and double sided copies are simple. The quality of the copies is good. Reduce, enlarge, shrink to fit, it does it all. Toner and drum are easily changed. I would recommend this product! March 3, 2011 Office Workhorse!
