Do not buy this product!
I have had my Phaser 3250 for about 20 months. I bought it for business use, but we are a small office, so it probably only prints 100-150 pages per week. It wasn't fast, but I was happy with it until its first toner cartridge ran out, which, by the way, was about 3 days after the machine came out of warranty. When I put in a new toner cartridge, the Phaser started printing poorly. I called Xerox tech help and they sent me a new cartridge. Cartridge # 2 was leaking toner, so I called again, and they sent me another cartridge. Cartridge # 3 did not print properly either, but the printing problem was not the same as the problem with the first bad cartridge. I put in a couple more replacement cartridges, and the machine performance changed with each cartridge. Finally, a tech person informed me that a bad cartridge can corrupt the printer driver and I should install a new driver. So I did that, and it seemed to solve the problem. Everything was great for 6 months. Then I ran out of toner again. This time, the duplexer stopped working (it had worked fine until I put in a new cartridge), and the Phaser started skipping sheets and occasionally printing a heavy black line at the top of the sheet. Before calling Xerox, I installed a new driver, but it didn't solve the problem. I spoke to tech service and to a Xerox service person, and I tried two more toners, and the problem has remained. I have no idea what's going on, but I have trouble believing that the duplexer broke just as I was installing a new toner. Even if it did, a well-built machine should not be breaking after 1-1/2 years of light office use. We are limping along with it for now (and not duplexing) because I don't want to pay a big repair bill, but I will definitely not be buying any more Xerox machines.

Easy to use
Excellent print quality.
The only Cons I have are when you turn the paper to print on the back side, unless you have it dead on straight, it will crinkle (it's not as easy as it seems). Also, when doing envelopes, it crinkles the envelop plus seals it shut...sometimes, if you're lucky, you can pry it open. I've pretty much given up and use the typewriter for addressing envelopes. Thinking of getting some parchment paper or something so see it it'll work.
I would recommend this for basic printing as long as you don't do two-sided printing and envelopes.

Great product
I bought the Phaser 3250 a year and a half ago. I like its print quality, speed, and its lack of noise. The downside to using this printer is that it overheats quickly, especially when extensively using 2-sided printing.

Excellent Printer for the Most Part
I looked for laser because of quality of black and white printing.
I selected Xerox because it is a well known brand.
Quality from printer is excellent.
If there is one thing I wish it had,
it would be a feeder from the back that does not roll over the paper.
This would be good for printing on envelopes where a rolled envelope is an ugly envelope.

Love this printer!
Easy to use...noise level is extremely low, which is great for my small office...handles all types of media. A great all-around printer.

Great for low volumen use
This has been a great printer for a home office or a desktop printer that will not print high volumen projects, Quality is great and takes very little space.
