Xerox Optimizer enables you to create digital archives within Sage Line 50 by scanning directly from your Xerox multifunction device. It uses the Archiving (Management of Documents) function of Sage Line 50 and enables you to organise information for all your accounts.Xerox Optimizer automatically creates text searchable PDF files which allows you to search, view or print by using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
