The Xerox Global Forum joins together all the Premier Partners from around the world and the Graphic Communications Resellers in Europe to give you the opportunity to network with your business peers, hear insights from industry speakers and share marketplace ideas. We will also join the drupa trade fair on Tuesday 31st May which is the perfect platform to discuss business strategies for growth and see current and future innovation and services within the graphic communications industry.
Our venue for this year's Forum is at the Maritim Hotel (which is right next to Düsseldorf Airport) and the Networking Dinner will be held at the MonBerg in Monheim am Rhein in-between Düsseldorf and Cologne.

Eric is responsible for developing and expanding the Graphic Communications business in Europe as well as having responsibility for the Production Marketing Strategy across all lines of business in Europe. Eric reports to Andrew Copley, President of Global Graphic Communications Operations group. Prior to this appointment in October 2013, Eric Bouet was Vice President for GCO France. Eric initially joined Xerox in 1995 as a Product Manager and has held a variety of positions in Xerox France and Xerox Europe including Sales Management roles, Regional Marketing Director, European Customer Services General Manager and Vice President for Production Systems business in France. Educated at IDRAC, Paris and Manchester Metropolitan University, U.K. Eric lives in Lyon (France).

Andrew Copley is President of Global Graphic Communications Operations, for Xerox Corporation. He was named to this key leadership position in January 2014. Copley is responsible for worldwide strategy, operations, product development, marketing, sales and support of Xerox's production technology portfolio and related software, workflow and service offerings for the global graphic communications market. He has accountability to drive profitable revenue growth by simplifying and optimizing the overall graphic communications operations. Copley has over 25 years of commercial print industry and international general management experience. His past leadership roles include Chief Operating Officer, Graphic Communications Group at Eastman Kodak and President, Americas at Kodak Polychrome Graphics (KPG), a $1.7 billion joint venture between Sun Chemical and Eastman Kodak. He was a corporate officer at both Kodak and KPG. Prior to joining Xerox, Copley most recently served as the Chief Commercial Officer for Precision Valve Technologies. A native of England, Copley started his career in Europe and progressed from sales representative through sales management, marketing leadership and strategic planning positions into general management working for Dunlop, the Cookson Group and International Paper. Copley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, from Leeds University, as well as, a diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Stephen Hoover is CEO of PARC, a Xerox company. Prior to joining PARC in 2011, Dr. Hoover had global responsibility for Xerox's software and electronic development, and previously led the east coast research arm of Xerox. Over his career he has developed and delivered to the market a variety of intelligent mechatronic systems, web services-enabled smart devices, and a variety of software platforms.
Hiroshi Kurihara is the president and representative director of Fuji Xerox, and has served as a member of the board of directors since 2009. Previously, he was the Executive Vice President of Fuji Xerox, responsible for all sales, marketing and operations in Japan. He has also run the Production Services Sales & Marketing business and the Government Business Sales & Marketing Group. He has been working in Fuji Xerox since 1978 and was a resident with Xerox Corporation in Rochester, New York between 1993 and 1996. He is an outdoorsman and enjoys skiing during his free time. He holds a bachelor degree in law from the Gakushuin University, Japan, and studied international relations at the University of California, San Diego, in the United States.

For 14 years, Katie was a TV New Anchor for BBC and ITN in the UK. Drawing on her experience in the media and corporate life, she provides facilitating conferences and speaking that have a high impact on audiences. Katie has since created her own "getting you heard" communications consultancy and three years ago she was excited to join a new company called Complete Coherence. Their work integrates insights from the worlds of neuroscience, physiology, psychology, biology and performance. Essentially, she helps people discover their brilliance by starting with their physiology – inside to outside leadership. Through her great energy, clarity, decision making and her ability to share messages in a memorable way, this is the fourth time Katie has been asked to host the Xerox Global Forum.

Susan Weiss is the Manager of Global Premier Partner and Customer Business Development programs. A 25-year veteran of Xerox, she is responsible for the creation and deployment of marketing programs and tools designed to assist Xerox customers in growing their digital printing businesses worldwide. She works extensively with customers and their Xerox sales representatives to take advantage of the Xerox Premier Partner Global Network, ProfitAccelerator® BusDev Resources, BusDev Consulting Services, Webinars, Case Studies and more.
