Xerox is proud to be positioned as a leader in the 2015 Quocirca Managed Print Services Landscape. The report distinguishes Xerox for overall market presence and completeness of offering with high marks across the report’s assessment criteria including MPS strategy, geographical reach, multi-vendor support, alliances and channel partners, and document workflow solutions.
According to the Quocirca report, “A key strength for Xerox has always been its strong analytics and reporting capabilities, which are vital to the success of any MPS engagement. Xerox’s dominance in the MPS market has been boosted by its ongoing investment in its software and services portfolio. It retains its overall leadership position in the market due to its broad and mature MPS portfolio that it continues to enhance with value added solutions and services. An early leader in the market, its key strength is the depth and scale of its service offering which encompasses office printing, production printing and workflow automation services.”
Quocirca goes on to state, “Xerox continues to innovate and expand its solutions portfolio, particularly around mobility, security and workflow.” And that “Notable offerings include a broad range of assessment services, a robust set of secure and mobile print solutions, integrated centralised print services offerings and its newly enhanced workflow automation services.”

The following categories are used to reflect a vendor’s position:
- Market Leaders:Vendors that lead the market in both strategic vision and depth of service offering. Leaders have made significant investments in their service portfolio and infrastructure and are supported by strong delivery capabilities.
- Strong Performers:Vendors that have established and proven offerings supported by demonstrable customer success.
- Contenders:Vendors that have service offerings which are currently being aligned on a global or European basis. Challengers are typically investing in resources, infrastructure and partnerships to expand market coverage.
