The Challenge
TalkTalk came to market in 2019 wishing to change its sourcing model from that involving a Print Manager to a direct supply arrangement. Go Inspire, a Xerox company, was selected from the process and awarded a 4-year contract supplying a direct, exclusive lead supply service.
The Solution
Daily transactional print and mail
Personalised and non-personalised large-scale direct mail
Data hygiene and returned mail processing
E2E document management including document composition (with self-serve facility) into multi-media communications (Quadient Inspire)
Marketing POS leaflets (a Group service though Go Inspire Eclipse)
Lead Supply management of bespoke third-party providers of niche products and consumables (e.g. promotional goods and POS material)
Creative design associated with improving the impact of all communications

A 30% reduction in like-for-like costs
A £350K pa. reduction in like-for-like Royal Mail costs
A new agile and flexible supplier/customer working arrangement, accommodating a dynamic set of requirements, typical of a regulated market
